What we've built so far
We started with the boring, unglamorous stuff first — routing, ownership, audit trails — and kept building outward.
We're building toward the full student lifecycle from here — live/online class delivery, note & resource sharing, and exam booking are core to the roadmap, not bolted on later.
Where it started
We didn't set out to build an operating system. We set out to fix one specific, maddening thing: a coaching center losing a student because a lead sat in someone's WhatsApp for four days and nobody followed up.
Talk to almost any IELTS or PTE prep center, or any small study-abroad consultancy, and you'll hear some version of the same story — leads tracked in a spreadsheet somebody updates when they remember to, commissions disputed because nobody can agree who referred whom. None of this is because these businesses are badly run. It's because nobody built them a system that understood how education businesses actually work.
So we're building one — starting with the boring, unglamorous stuff first: routing, ownership, audit trails, settlement math. That's the stuff that was actually breaking.
