When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email, phone number, role, and password (stored securely, never in plain text). Organization accounts may also include your organization's name, branch and address details, and the staff members you invite to your dashboard.

When you submit a real exam booking or reserve a mock test, we collect the details needed to process it — passport number, preferred test type, date, and location — along with mock test results, voucher redemptions, and, where our AI-scored practice features are enabled, your practice responses and the scores generated from them.

If you work for an organization using LEARNEXA's CRM, the platform stores the admissions data your organization enters or imports — lead and inquiry details, follow-up notes, enrollment status, and related communications with prospective and current students. This data belongs to your organization; we process it on their behalf to provide the CRM, classroom, and finance features of the platform.

We collect the content of messages you send us — through our in-platform chat, support email, or WhatsApp — including any details you share to help us resolve a request or coordinate a booking. We also keep records of notifications sent to you (such as booking updates or CRM alerts) so we can confirm delivery and troubleshoot issues.

Like most platforms, we automatically collect some technical information when you use LEARNEXA — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps of activity. We use this to keep the platform secure, diagnose issues, and understand how features are used so we can improve them.

To help coordinate a real exam booking, we may share the details you provide (such as your name, contact details, and preferred test details) with the relevant official test center or consultancy partner on our platform, solely for the purpose of confirming and completing that booking. As noted in our Terms of Service, LEARNEXA is not an authorized partner of any test-administering body — sharing your details is how our support team facilitates the booking on your behalf.

If you're a student connected to a consultancy or test-prep center on LEARNEXA, relevant details about you (such as your inquiry, enrollment status, and booking activity) are visible to the staff at that organization who use our CRM and classroom tools — this is how they manage your admissions journey and coordinate with you. Organization staff accounts, in turn, are visible to other authorized staff and admins within the same organization based on the roles their admin assigns them.

We share limited data with third-party service providers who help us run the platform — for example, cloud hosting, email and SMS delivery, WhatsApp messaging, and analytics providers. These providers are only given the access they need to perform their service and are contractually required to protect your data and not use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LEARNEXA, our users, or the public.

You can request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at info@learnexahub.com. You can also update most of your account details directly from your dashboard, and opt out of non-essential notifications from your account settings. If you're a student, some admissions and booking records may need to be retained or corrected through the organization you're working with, since they own that data.

LEARNEXA serves students, consultancies, and test centers across multiple countries. Your information may be stored and processed in a country other than the one you're located in. Where we transfer data across borders, we take steps to ensure it continues to be protected in line with this policy.
