Terms of Service

By accessing or using LEARNEXA ("we", "us", "our"), including our website, dashboards, and any booking, CRM, or practice features, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

LEARNEXA is a platform that brings education consultancies and test-prep centers, their staff, and their students onto one system. Organizations use it as an admissions CRM with classroom and finance tools; students use it to request real exam bookings, book physical mock tests, and (via our AI practice features) practice online with AI-scored drills.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use LEARNEXA. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the platform with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or the organization you're enrolled with. Organizations registering on the platform confirm they have the authority to bind their business to these terms.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering or submitting a booking — inaccurate contact details may prevent our support team from reaching you.

If you register on behalf of a consultancy or test-prep center, you can invite staff and assign them roles within your organization's dashboard. Your organization is responsible for the actions its staff take using their access, and for removing access when a staff member leaves.

LEARNEXA is not an authorized partner, agent, franchisee, or official representative of PTE (Pearson), IELTS (British Council, IDP, or Cambridge), the Duolingo English Test, TOEFL (ETS), ELLT (Oxford International), or any other test-administering body. We do not issue official test seats, set official pricing, or guarantee availability — those are determined solely by the relevant test provider.

When you submit a test booking request, you are asking our support team to help you find and coordinate a booking with the official test center that matches your requirements. Our support team will contact you and help you book the test as per your requirement — this is a facilitation service, not an official booking confirmation. Final scheduling, fees, and terms are set by the official test center or body, and are subject to change outside our control.

Mock tests offered by LEARNEXA are our own practice product and are not official exams — results are for practice purposes only and do not count toward, or appear on, any official score report. Free mock-test vouchers (including any welcome voucher issued on signup or earned by completing a real exam booking) are a promotional benefit, valid for one redemption per voucher, subject to the expiry date shown on the voucher and any program terms in effect at the time.

Where our AI-scored practice features are available to you, scores and feedback are generated automatically and are indicative only — they are meant to help you practice and do not represent, guarantee, or predict your official exam score.

If your organization uses our CRM and admissions tools, you remain responsible for the lead, inquiry, and student data you enter or import into the platform, and for having a lawful basis to collect and process that data (including any consents required from the students and prospects you add). We process this data on your behalf to provide the platform, as described in our Privacy Policy.

CRM and admissions features are provided for managing genuine admissions activity. You may not use them to store or process data you're not authorized to hold, or to send unsolicited communications to people who haven't engaged with your organization.

Organizations subscribe to LEARNEXA under one of the plans shown on our pricing page, billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and we'll notify you in advance of any pricing changes that affect your renewal.

LEARNEXA does not currently process student booking payments in-app. Where a booking or service has a cost, our support team will confirm the amount and payment method with you directly (including over WhatsApp) as part of the confirmation process.

LEARNEXA, our logo, and the software, design, and content that make up the platform are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

You and your organization retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the platform (such as CRM records or practice responses). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the platform to you.

LEARNEXA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations made by third-party test centers or bodies, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
